UNITED FASTENER & SUPPLY SALES REPRESENTATIVE
United Fastener & Supply's mission is to provide its customers with quality products on a timely basis. The products include fasteners, gauge and fixture components, abrasives, cutting tools, triggers and other supplies for manufacturing. Working as a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for business development and direct sales activities. You must have a strong interest in sales, enjoy working in a competitive market, and support the company's efforts with the development of existing and prospective customers. The position requires the ability to create sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and a consultative approach. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Supporting the company's sales and customer service activities. Developing new customers through various methods of cold-calling and lead follow ups. Growing business with existing customers through exceptional customer service and discovering new sales opportunities. Making connections and fostering relationships with various potential customers. Providing quotes to customers. Entering sales orders or relaying order information to Customer Service personnel. Utilizing a CRM to organize sales efforts.Preferred Experience:
Experience in fastener and other industrial supplies sales.Position Requirements:
Experience as an outside Sales Representative. Ability to sell and be persuasive. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities. Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to learn and understand products available for sales. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new computer software. Possess a current, valid driver's license and meet the company's requirements for operating a company vehicle. Ability to lift and carry packages that may weigh up to 50 lbs.Sales Territory:
Territories available in West Michigan.Pay:
Annual Income $50,000 - $80,000+ Income based on salary and commission earned Health insurance, paid time off and retirement contributions includedJob Type:
