WE'RE HIRING
SENIOR
LOGISTICS SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(SALES & STRATEGIC
ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT
) In this senior role, you'll be a key driver of our growth strategy — identifying high-value business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, mentoring junior team members, and delivering exceptional service that fosters long-term relationships.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and execute proactive initiatives to secure new high-potential clients through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting
  • Develop, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and strategic partners
  • Provide consultative quotes with confidence, leveraging market insights and data-driven strategies
  • Analyze freight market conditions and adjust strategies proactively to maximize revenue and efficiency
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads and strategic prospects
  • Collaborate with management on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and account growth plans
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture
  • Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and activity metrics, contributing to overall team success
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach
What We're Looking For:
A seasoned sales representative with a proven record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain dynamics
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing complex, high-value accounts
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or related sales roles highly preferred — with a passion for mentoring and developing others
  • Results-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
