This position is responsible for identifying and securing new retail accounts, building relationships with store owners and managers, maintaining existing accounts, and increasing product sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working independently, and has a passion for helping a growing Detroit brand succeed. Key Responsibilities Prospect and secure new convenience stores, gas stations, liquor stores, grocery stores, and specialty retailers. Visit existing accounts regularly to maintain strong customer relationships. Present Nick's Chips products and promotional opportunities to potential customers. Increase product placement and shelf presence within existing accounts. Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for additional sales. Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends. Meet weekly and monthly sales goals. Represent the Nick's Chips brand professionally in the field. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable visiting businesses and speaking with decision-makers. Knowledge of the Metro Detroit market is a plus. Compensation Base pay plus commission or commission-only (depending on your structure). Performance bonuses available for new account acquisition and sales growth. Flexible schedule. Opportunity for advancement within a growing Detroit-based brand. Performance Expectations Open new retail accounts each month. Grow sales volume within existing accounts. Maintain regular contact with assigned customers. Achieve monthly territory sales goals.
