We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate is motivated by results, takes initiative, and is comfortable building relationships both in person and online. Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust Comfortable using social media platforms and online marketplaces as sales tools Self-starter with excellent follow-through and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously Basic computer proficiency, including email, POS systems, and business software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Skills That Are Helpful Previous experience in retail, powersports, automotive, trailer, RV, equipment, or outside sales Familiarity with towing equipment, trailer applications, or transportation regulations Spanish or other bilingual communication skills Experience creating online advertisements or social media content What You'll Do As a Trailer Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers while helping them select the right trailer solution for their needs. You'll also play an active role in generating leads and promoting inventory through digital marketing channels. Daily Responsibilities Assist walk-in, phone, and internet customers throughout the sales process Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate trailer solutions Present product features, available options, financing programs, and warranty coverage Generate price quotes and complete all required sales documentation Maintain regular communication with prospects and previous customers Create and manage online inventory advertisements, including Facebook Marketplace listings Respond promptly to inquiries generated from online marketing efforts Stay knowledgeable on inventory, specifications, and manufacturer updates Coordinate with parts, service, and operations departments to ensure an excellent customer experience Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment Help stock store with parts/Inventory and assist in service writing when necessary Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities Performance-based earnings with significant income potential Most fully trained sales professionals earn well above $75,000 annually First-year earnings typically range from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on performance and experience Paid training and ongoing product education Supportive team atmosphere with stable year-round employmentPay Range:
