We are seeking a motivated Design Consultant with strong residential design skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor living spaces. Previous sales experience is a plus, but excellent communication, customer service, and a strong work ethic are required. Responsibilities Present and sell custom outdoor living solutions to prospective and existing clients. Follow up on all leads from marketing, referrals, self-generation, and trade partners. Qualify prospects, deliver presentations, prepare proposals, and close sales following the company's documented process. Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships. Maintain product knowledge of decks, porches, and outdoor living categories. Manage client database, prepare status reports, and track progress toward sales goals. Handle contract administration and payment follow-up per company terms. Traits and Skill Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent visualization, design sense, and math skills. Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet quotas. Comfort with modern technology and communication tools. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Quick learner who is collaborative, customer-focused, and eager to innovate.

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of construction and ability to read construction drawings.
