Position Overview We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to turn inbound opportunities into lasting customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently guide homeowners through a "Good, Better, Best" sales approach—balancing customer needs with profitability—while also building relationships with builders, contractors, and property managers. What You'll DoCustomer Experience & Sales Serve as the main point of contact for inbound residential inquiries (phone, online, showroom) Conduct in-home consultations to assess needs and recommend solutions Educate customers using a "Good, Better, Best" approach Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience that stands out from typical technician-led models Drive Revenue & Profitability Recommend products that maximize margin while maintaining customer satisfaction Accurately scope jobs and upsell value-added features Partner with install and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution Build Strategic Relationships Develop and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, and contractors Grow partnerships with property management companies for multi-unit opportunities Manage bids, site visits, and communication throughout project lifecycles Understand partner workflows to deliver reliable, hassle-free service Support Service Operations Collaborate with the service team on scheduling and customer needs Identify upgrade or service opportunities during consultations Promote financing options and service plans Assist with overflow service calls during peak periods What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement, construction, or related field preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance revenue goals Comfortable with local travel for appointments and site visits Experience with CRM or estimating tools (or willingness to learn) What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + holidays Ongoing training and professional development A supportive, team-oriented culture Our Core Values Positive Support
