The Sale Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and selling wireless products and services to both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, in both Spanish and English
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer is satisfaction
• Complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, in both Spanish and English
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product offerings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Prior experience in sales or customers service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
