Compensation & Earnings $20/hour base pay Uncapped performance bonuses Paid training and ongoing development Mileage reimbursement for travel Top performers significantly increase their earnings through incentives tied to leads generated. What You'll Do Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods Generate qualified leads and appointments for in-home consultations Represent a trusted national brand with professionalism and energy Use company tools and apps to track leads, territory activity, and customer data Attend team meetings and trainings (in-person or virtual) Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies What We're Looking For Customer service, sales, or canvassing experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working outdoors and walking 3-5 miles daily Ability to use tablet-based applications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation (travel within ~60 miles of office) High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Renewal by Andersen?
