What Youll Do:
Build strong relationships with both wholesale and retail customers across your assigned territoryPromote company marketing and sales programs while identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and cold callingServe as the go-to resource for customers when it comes to automotive parts, advice, and serviceCollaborate with store leadership to develop a strategic call schedule and sales approachKeep accurate records and reports to track your activity and progress toward goalsTake part in training programs to stay sharp on products, systems, and customer needsBe a positive representative of Auto Value in the community and with every customer interactionPitch in at the store when needed to support your teammatesWhat Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related role preferredSolid knowledge of the auto parts industry and sales techniquesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own scheduleComfortable working independently while still being a team playerExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic desktop toolsValid drivers license and a clean driving recordWhy Youll Love It Here:
