Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a communication-savvy, relationship-driven professional to help grow our practice through outreach and marketing. You'll build referral partnerships with local medical, dental, chiropractic, and legal offices while supporting our digital and community marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Partnerships Build and maintain referral relationships with clinics and legal offices Attend networking events, health fairs, and community programs Coordinate collaboration and cross-promotion opportunities Marketing & Content Assist with marketing campaigns (digital + print) Create or support social media, brochures, newsletters, and website content Deliver short presentations to partners and community groups Maintain contact lists and track outreach activity Analytics & Admin Conduct basic market research Review SEO, social media, and website performance Support CRM updates and general marketing admin needs Qualifications Required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales-minded with networking experience Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Apple OS Preferred CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO Adobe Creative Suite or Canva skills Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate/Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred) Why Work With Us You'll directly impact the growth of our organization Creative, mission-driven environment Autonomy to bring your ideas to life Build meaningful connections in the healthcare and legal community How to Apply Indeed applicants: Priority is given to candidates who complete the Indeed Assessments for this role.
