Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated, polished, and results-driven sales leader to launch and operate a new consumer-facing wellness sales location. This is not a traditional retail management position. The ideal candidate is a top-performing closer who thrives on face-to-face sales, leads from the front, and understands how to build and motivate a small team to consistently exceed goals. This role combines personal selling, team leadership, recruiting, scheduling, and operational management. You will be responsible for driving the majority of revenue while coaching and managing a team of 2-3 sales professionals. Our products help customers improve their health, mobility, recovery, and overall quality of life through innovative wellness technologies and solutions. What You'll Do Sales Leadership Serve as the primary sales producer and lead from the front. Engage directly with prospective customers and conduct high-ticket sales presentations. Build trust quickly and guide customers through a consultative sales process. Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team revenue goals. Track performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. Team Management Recruit, hire, onboard, and train sales team members. Create schedules that maximize coverage during peak traffic periods. Coach team members on sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies. Conduct ongoing performance reviews and accountability meetings. Foster a high-energy, competitive, customer-focused culture. Business Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the location. Ensure exceptional customer experiences and professional presentation standards. Manage staffing levels, coverage, and operational execution. Monitor inventory, lead flow, and sales reporting. Work closely with company leadership to scale revenue and improve processes. What We're Looking For Required Experience Proven success in high-ticket sales ($2,000+ transactions preferred). Experience managing, coaching, or leading sales professionals. Strong closing ability with a track record of exceeding goals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working weekends and peak consumer traffic hours. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
