Job Description

All Ears Roofing is hiring competitive, high-performance sales reps ready to earn. Our top closers bring in $12,000-$25,000+ monthly. No sales experience required—we care about drive, not your resume. If you're ambitious, confident, and thrive on commission, this is your shot.
What You'll Do:
Run pre-set appointments with homeowners (no cold calling or door knocking) Sell full roof replacements face-to-face Present pricing, overcome objections, and close Work leads, follow up, and own your pipeline
