Responsibilities Include:
Respond to internet inquiries quickly and professionally Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects and customers Follow up through phone, text, and email communication Schedule appointments and guide customers through the next steps Build trust and rapport with prospective customers Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communication Work closely with sales consultants and dealership leadership Deliver a customer experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals Maintain professionalism, urgency, and strong follow-through What Success Looks Like Leads receive fast and professional responses Customers feel informed, valued, and supported Appointments are consistently generated and confirmed Communication remains organized and proactive You maintain strong activity levels and follow-through You contribute positively to dealership performance and culture You continuously improve your communication and sales skills You take ownership of your results and daily execution Hiring Process We move quickly for the right person.
