Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz is expanding our high-performing Loyalty Department due to continued growth and success—and we are looking to add 2 driven Sales Consultants to the team. This is not your typical car sales role! Instead of chasing leads or waiting on the showroom floor, you'll be working directly with existing Mercedes-Benz customers who are already in our service drive. These are loyal clients who know our brand, trust our dealership, and are actively engaging with us. What You'll Be Doing Engage with service customers and review their complimentary vehicle appraisal with them Present upgrade options and build custom proposals tailored to their needs Show customers how upgrading may eliminate or offset their current service costs Deliver a VIP, consultative experience —no pressure, just smart solutions Build relationships and close deals with warm, high-quality opportunities What the Opportunity Looks Like 55-70 service customers per day in the drive 5-10+ quality customer interactions per consultant daily 10-20% closing ratio on presented deals 5X more opportunities than traditional showroom sales Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay structure to start with graduation to an aggressive commission pay plan Monthly spiffs and performance bonuses Paid trainingFull Benefits Package:
