Sales Representative Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features Educate customers on financing and protection options Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction What You Bring Fluency in Spanish, Hmong, or Somali and English (required) Successfully test out of sales or service training program Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.) Strong customer service mentality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Must have valid driver's license What's In It For You?
