Route Helper (Seasonal)

Job Summary:

Route Assistants provide our Drivers with assistance during their routes and customer deliveries, working together and partnering as a team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure our beverage products get unloaded off the truck and into our customer locations. Restocking, rotating, facing, and removing outdated product, Route Assistants neatly organize store shelves and cooler spaces. Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds Route Assistants mainly ride along with one of our Drivers, but there may be times you are responsible for your own transportation to and from locations. Working in a fast-paced, physical environment

HOURS:

Full-time (May - August) Four, 10-hour days 5:00AM-route completion Most routes are Tuesday-Friday, some schedules vary

Requirements:

Have Valid Driver's License Have Driving record which meets Bernick's standard Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product about Work well independently and as a team Effectively communicate with Drivers and customers

Base Compensation:
