Duties We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist customers with parts inquiries, manage in-person transactions, and support shipping and receiving tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls to assist with parts inquiries and orders. Assist walk-in customers with product pick-up and drop-off for repair services. Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. Build positive relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction. Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience with diesel engine components or automotive parts is required. Applicants should have a strong understanding of parts identification and usage to seamlessly step into the role. Willingness to learn about our products and services. Ability to work onsite. This is not a remote position.
