We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in used car sales. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their car buying experience. Responsibilities Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Help customers evaluate automobiles and assist in finding what best suits their needs. Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car. Conduct negotiations with customers to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries to develop good relationships with the customers. Maintain accurate inventory management practices. Skills Proven experience in sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to perform retail math for pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in used automobile sales or dealership environments is a plus. Knowledge of marketing strategies that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
