North Shore Territory Description:
Vinocopia sales representatives are the driving force behind moving our portfolio into the market across both retail and restaurant accounts. Our sales team builds strong account relationships, creates orders, supports product education, conducts tastings and trainings, and helps accounts sell through to the consumer. This position manages a structured route list throughout Duluth, the Iron Range, and the North Shore. Reps visit accounts regularly, communicate with buyers and managers in person and by phone, text, and email, and work closely with Vinocopia's internal team to support account growth. ​ Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and restaurant accounts Serve as the primary face of Vinocopia within the assigned territory Understand account needs and partner with buyers to grow business Attend weekly sales meetings in person or via Teams Conduct tastings, staff trainings, seminars, and consumer events Learn and promote Vinocopia's portfolio Communicate clearly with accounts and internal staff Use marketing support, product programs, and point-of-sale tools creatively Track goals and pay close attention to performance Complete orders and sample requests accurately and on time Requirements Sales experience required; 1-2 years preferred Wine, spirits, or beverage industry experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Power BI, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Experience using Apple products, including iPhone and iPad Adaptable, self-motivated, and open-minded Strong communication and follow-through skills Benefits Health and dental insurance, with company-paid premiums HSA available Paid time off and paid holidays Employee purchases of wine and spirits at wholesale pricing Simple IRA with employer match Compensation Base pay, plus auto reimbursement, and commission To apply, please send a resume and cover letter to Jeff Vossen at .
