Full Job Description Sales Trainee Position:
We are seeking motivated individuals for an outside sales trainee position. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for college students or graduating class , entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, and direct outside sales. This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas Generate leads and acquire new customers Present and explain company services to homeowners Close sales and manage follow-ups Meet or exceed weekly sales goals Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training Schedule Full/part-time (20-40 hours per week) Monday-Friday Seasonal summer position Top performers will be offered continued employment
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$20.00 per hour Additional incentives available Local candidates of Minnesota (No Relocation Provided) Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers Be able to climb a roof up to 6/12 pitch. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required
