Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up communications to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing tailored vehicle recommendations Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress, maintaining organized records of customer interactions Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Deliver compelling presentations at public speaking events or dealership promotions to attract new customers and boost brand awareness Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automobile features and benefits Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding phone etiquette and customer service abilities Knowledge of retail math, dealership operations, inventory control, and automotive industry standards Ability to engage confidently in public speaking or marketing events to promote dealership offerings Embark on an exciting career path where your enthusiasm for cars meets your talent for sales!
