Job Description

Outside Sales Representative - Build a Long-Term Career Boulder Creek Construction is looking for experienced exterior or storm restoration sales reps who are ready to find a long-term home and grow with a company. We're not looking for short-term hires or people bouncing from company to company. We're building a team of individuals who want to develop their skills, stay consistent, and create a strong income over time. This is a good fit for someone who has sales experience and is looking for clearer expectations, more consistency, and an opportunity to grow with a company. Who This Is NOT For If you're looking for company-provided leads only If you're not comfortable knocking doors or generating your own opportunities If you prefer a base salary or hourly structure This will not be the right fit. Who This IS For Reps with storm, roofing, or exterior sales experience Comfortable working neighborhoods, knocking doors, and creating opportunity Comfortable generating your own opportunities — company leads are available but are not the primary source of business Used to commission-based income and performance expectations Looking for a place to stay and produce long-term What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing, siding, and exterior needs Meet with homeowners in their homes to inspect, quote, and close projects Generate opportunities through canvassing, referrals, and follow-up Work company-provided leads when available Provide estimates and guide customers through the process Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently Work directly with ownership and leadership to improve your results What We're Looking For Previous sales experience (home improvement or construction preferred) Self-motivated and willing to work Comfortable generating your own opportunities Strong communication skills Looking for a long-term opportunity, not a short-term stop Coachable and open to improving your process Experience in commission-based, self-generated sales environments What We Offer A team-focused environment with direct access to ownership Ongoing coaching and support to help you improve Flexible schedule The opportunity to grow with a company Uncapped, performance-based compensation with strong earning potential Compensation 100% commission-based High earning potential for consistent performers If you're looking for a place where you can stay, grow, and build a solid income over time, we'd like to talk with you.
