Who We're Looking For We're searching for a Charter Coordinator who's equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and creative thinker . What You'll Do You'll be the go-to person for planning trips with the Hopkins School District.

Sales & Customer Care Respond quickly to phone, email, and web inquiries Book trips using our reservation system Follow up after trips to ensure customer satisfaction Trip Planning & Coordination Customize itineraries to fit customer needs Communicate trip details with drivers and tour guides Double-check all bookings for accuracy and smooth execution Operations Support Scheduling drivers to trips Available to help in dispatch and operations as needed Be willing to obtain a CDL Class B license and drive occasionally (We train, don't worry!) What You Bring Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication A customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving skills Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry software A creative, team-oriented approach to sales and marketing Flexibility to travel for events when needed Why Work With Us?
