Outside Sales Representative

Call on new and existing accounts. Provide technical expertise and productinformation. Offer solutions and recommendations. Prepare detailed proposals, follow up on quotes, and close sales Collaborate with Service and Management to fulfill customer needs and offer creative, cost-effective solutions Interact with internal and external customers on pre-sale activities including customer visits, evaluation of opportunities, equipment, and part processing assessments and recommendations Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales activities, sales volume, expenses, etc. Remain current on product and industry knowledge; attend sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows. Other misc. duties and responsibilities as required Salaried position with earning potential of $100,000 to $250,000 per year. Requirements Industrial sales or capital equipment background with exposure to manufacturing. Knowledge and/or experience with Motorola and Kenwood Products Two way radio experience, Distrubuted Antenna System, and Vehicle Base Radio Systems. Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills required. Ability to work independently Ability to educate customers and offer creative, technical solutions Proficient PC/computer skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
