What You'll Be Responsible For Developing referral partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, TCUs, clinics, case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals throughout your territory. Creating new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, relationship development, and consistent follow-up. Conducting tours and consultations that help prospective residents and families understand available options. Building and managing a pipeline of referrals, tours, assessments, and move-in opportunities. Maintaining visibility throughout the market by attending networking events, community meetings, and industry functions. Tracking lead sources, conversion ratios, occupancy growth, and outreach activity to continuously improve performance. Collaborating with community leaders to create exceptional move-in experiences and strong referral partner relationships. Who Typically Excels Here Senior Living Sales Directors. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. Proven success generating new business and growing professional relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities. Demonstrated understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics, and sales accountability. Ability to discuss occupancy growth, referral generation, and measurable business development results. Willingness to travel throughout assigned referral territories.
