Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base and build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone beginning a career in sales who enjoys communicating with people, learning about new services, and contributing to company growth. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting new customers, following up on leads, supporting the sales process, and maintaining positive customer relationships. $40,000 - $55,000 +
Comm Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM software Develop knowledge of company services Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts Build and maintain relationships with customers Meet or exceed monthly sales activity and revenue goals Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a positive client experience Attend sales meetings and ongoing training sessions Represent the company professionally in all interactions Qualifications High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to learn quickly and adapt Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Characteristics Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable making outbound calls Strong listening and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #NOR Corporate Average Pay Rate 0 Benefits and Total Rewards We believe in rewarding great people with meaningful benefits that support your health, growth, and long term success.
