If you are eager to grow your income in a fast-paced, high-reward industry, then this position may be a good fit. We are looking for a high-energy, income motivated individual to build their own book of business to complement the company growth plans. You'll prospect for new clients and work with operations team to manage relationship with clientele—all while earning unlimited commission based on your success. We run a supportive brokerage and are looking for like minded, self driven colleagues who are looking to create meaningful impact on their clients business. This position will work with the Sales Manager to ensure that all company objectives are met. Through an onboarding process you will understand our business processes to become comfortable with our way of working.
Responsibilities:
Prospect new business daily through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking. Build long-term client relationships and grow your book of accounts. Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Learn operation team's process of how to book shipments, negotiate rates, and coordinate pickups/deliveries to better sell Tumalo Creek's services. Work with the operations team to build a reliable carrier network to support your clients' needs. Partner with the coverage team to ensure seamless communication between customers, shippers, and carriers. Maintain regular contact with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions. Work with Operations team to fill available capacity and maximize revenue. Resolve shipment issues proactively to maintain service quality.

Compensation & Benefits:
Earning Potential:
$48,000 base + unlimited commission. Comprehensive benefits
