We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance and financial services options. Key Responsibilities Prospect new clients through your personal and professional networks, referrals, leads, social media, and community events (sales). Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services. Educate customers to help them decide the right insurance coverages and/or financial services options. Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events. Track activity goals and contribute to office business and development objectives. Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Qualifications Able to bring on new customers and close sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
