Job Description

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our Industrial Sales team in Minneapolis. If you're a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals—this is your opportunity to grow with us. What You'll Do Build and grow relationships with new and existing industrial customers Drive sales through calls, cold outreach, networking, and referrals Promote Packer Fastener products and value-add programs (VMI, vending, kitting, etc.) Manage and grow your book of business as the primary account contact Track activity and opportunities in CRM (NetSuite) Hit key performance goals (calls, revenue, margin, quotes) Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer service Overcome objections and close deals in a competitive B2B environment What We Offer Base salary + uncapped commission Company vehicle, laptop, and phone reimbursement Immediate PTO + paid holidays + volunteer time off Flexible schedule Medical, dental, vision (starts 1st of month after hire) 401(k) with company match Short & long-term disability Career growth & internal promotion opportunities Education assistance + employee assistance program Wellness program + gym reimbursement Free physical therapy (Packfit partnership) Packer Fastener apparel & gear What You Bring 2-3 Years of industrial and/or B2B sales experience Willingness to travel occasionally Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Excellent communication skills Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally) Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
