• We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Refinish team in Minnesota.

As a Business Development Specialistbased in Minneapolis/St.

Paul Minnesota with the ability to travel 50% of the time, you will work with automotive collision repair shops and distribution partners to grow our market share.

• + Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customers and market needs within your assigned market responsibility.

+ Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will be focused on adding new business). + Managing existing relationships and developing new ones. + Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry. + Retaining business and driving sales growth.

• + Have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

HS Diploma is acceptable with relevant work experience. + Are experienced in field sales, territory management, and customer relations + Have experience in the collision industry (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills + Are a solid professional who will value our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business

• BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
