This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong background in the print industry and a proven ability to sell into mid-sized to large and complex business environments. As a Senior Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the print space. You'll leverage a comprehensive portfolio of print solutions to help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve workflow efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized and large organizations Create and execute strategic territory and account plans to meet or exceed sales goals Present and position Marco's full suite of print and document management solutions to leaders, operations managers, and C-level executives Collaborate with internal technical specialists and solution architects to design and deliver tailored print solutions for complex business environments Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipeline status, and forecasting in CRM platforms Stay informed on trends in print technology, managed print services, and digital transformation to support consultative selling Uphold Marco's values and commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes with integrity and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS
4-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the print or managed print industry Demonstrated ability to win and grow new business with mid-sized to large and/or multi-location customers Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a complex sales cycle independently Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
