Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative We are an established building material supply company looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no weekends) . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. While some forklift use is involved, the primary focus is customer service, sales support, and relationship building . What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service to walk-in, phone, text, and email customers Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers Assist in developing new business opportunities through calls, leads, and referrals Process orders accurately and efficiently Support will-call customers and assist with loading when needed Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and work area Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Some forklift experience (or willingness to learn) Basic knowledge of building materials is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs Bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day Combination of desk work and active work Compensation & Benefits $25.00-$26.00/hour + overtime after 40 hours Annual earnings around $65,000+ in this role Health insurance starting at ~$75/month Dental, Life, STD, and 401(k) with company match Growth Opportunity This position offers long-term training and development with a path to transition into an Outside Sales role for the right candidate.
