Role:
Blu Ice Med Spa is growing and we're hiring a Body Contour Sales Specialist to join our team. The Body Contour Sales Specialist is a key sales role focused on consulting with clients, recommending treatment plans, and converting consultations into packages. This Body Contour Sales Specialist position is perfect for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys working with clients, and is motivated by hitting goals and earning commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations and educate clients on body contouring services Customize treatment plans based on client goals Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked clients Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals Track client progress and maintain detailed notes Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
Aesthetician License Required 1+ years of sales experience (medspa, aesthetics, wellness, or similar preferred) Proven ability to close sales and hit goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and overcoming objections Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client results
Compensation & Perks:
Hourly base + commission Strong earning potential for high performers Ongoing training and growth opportunities Weekends may be required.
