This role empowers you to deliver personalized consultations directly in customers' homes, showcasing your sales expertise, all while building lasting relationships with clients. 100% commission based pay No cold calling, leads generated for you. potential for $25K bonus on top of already earned commission. paid training M-F, potential for evenings and Saturdays depending on Customers availablity Duties Conduct engaging in-home consultations to assess clients' needs for HVAC and Plumbing equipment Close sales confidently while maintaining excellent customer service Manage account details, follow up on leads, and develop ongoing relationships through effective account management strategies Assist clients with product selection Coordinate with installation teams to ensure project specifications are met and customer satisfaction is achieved Ordering all equipment needed Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within renovation, construction, or retail environments Prior knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing equipment preferred.
