Job Description
Build a Career by Selling Adventures At Minneapolis Trailer Sales, we don't just sell RVs
- we help customers take the next step toward how they want to spend their time, travel, and enjoy life.
- from initial inquiry to delivery Build relationships by identifying customer needs and matching them with the right product Present and demonstrate new & pre-owned RVs, clearly explaining features and benefits Manage all customer interactions using CRM, ensuring accurate and timely documentation Follow a structured sales process for walk-ins, appointments, and e-leads Facilitate pricing discussions and work toward closing sales with Sales Leadership support Coordinate with Finance, Service, and Parts to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience Review and manage orders to ensure accuracy throughout the build and delivery process Conduct thorough customer walk-throughs prior to delivery Maintain consistent follow-up before and after the sale to build long-term relationships Stay current on inventory, manufacturer options, and industry trends Contribute to inventory presentation and assist with online listings when needed What We're Looking For Proven sales experience (RV, automotive, or similar preferred) Strong communication skills•confident, clear, and professional Highly organized with strong follow-through Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools Self-motivated with a professional, customer-first mindset Team-oriented and accountable Willingness to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including Saturdays What Sets You Apart You develop product knowledge and show interest and enthusiasm in our product line You take ownership of your pipeline and follow-up with customers and colleagues You are detail-oriented and don't let things fall through the cracks You are comfortable balancing multiple customers and deals at once You value process and understand that consistency and communication drives results You want to build a career•not just close the next sale Compensation & Benefits Commission-based compensation ($65,000•$150,000+ potential) Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay Medical benefits SEP (Simplified Employee Pension) plan eligibility after 3 years Work Environment & Physical Requirements Active, on-your-feet role with regular walking across the lot in all seasons/MN weather In-person position•Indoor and outdoor work environment Why Minneapolis Trailer Sales We invest in our team, support structured processes, and create an environment where motivated salespeople can succeed.
