Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new sales opportunities within the automotive industry. Promote and sell a comprehensive range of automotive parts, accessories, and related products to dealerships, repair shops, and retail customers. Provide expert advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitable margins. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of parts, supporting marketing initiatives. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory control using organizational tools like Microsoft Excel or dealership management software. Collaborate with internal teams on order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and promotional campaigns to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments; familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage diverse clients. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse customer base effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in retail sales and marketing within an automotive dealership or parts store is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Ability to maintain professionalism during high-pressure situations.
