Bernick's is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.Job Summary:
Inside Sales Representatives sell and service current and new customer accounts, by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our amazing portfolio of Bernick's products which include, Pepsi, MolsonCoors, New England Coffee and more. It is their responsibility to answer inquiries from internal and external customers, as well as, provide creative and innovative solutions.Responsibilities:
Manage inbound leads and follow up on potential prospects to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective on- and off-premise accounts to grow sales volume and brand presenceConduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote beverage products, share new item launches, and process customer orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, pricing, and order details in the CRM systemProvide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, answering product questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
