Job Description

Base Pay + Commission Position Summary This role is responsible for expanding agency visibility and generating qualified referral opportunities through consistent community presence, strategic social media engagement, and disciplined relationship management with Centers of Influence (COIs). The position also supports new business growth through daily outbound calling, structured follow-up routines, and small business prospecting and site visits, while maintaining organized workflows and documentation. Key Responsibilities Brand & COI Development Build and maintain strong relationships with Centers of Influence using a structured, repeatable outreach process. Use the COI tracking tool to document interactions, plan follow-ups, and manage ongoing engagement. Develop COI partnerships with, but not limited to: mortgage brokers, realtors, car dealerships, financial advisors, the Chamber of Commerce, and community organizations/events. Conduct 1:1 meetings and regular touchpoints to strengthen referral opportunities. Social Media & Reputation Marketing Create and post consistent social media content focused on education, local involvement, and trust-building. Develop and execute a repeatable strategy for generating online reviews (Google and social platforms). Follow up with new business clients after binding to request reviews and referrals. Community Visibility Coordinate and support community presence through sponsorships, local events, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and inbound leads. Outbound Activity & Referral Process Complete approximately 30 outbound calls per day, including a mix of personal lines calls and small business touchpoints. Develop and structure a formal referral program, including process documentation and consistent execution. Use the Relate system to schedule tasks, manage workflows, and maintain clear, detailed notes. Create and distribute email newsletters to nurture prospects, clients, and referral partners. Implement scheduled email systems for small business contacts to drive quoting opportunities. Small Business Development Conduct small business site visits and outreach to identify sales opportunities and secure quoting activity. Pursue cross-sell opportunities, recognizing that securing a business policy often leads to personal lines accounts as well.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
