On-Target Earnings:

$100,000 - $115,000 Hands-on sales training and mentorship from experienced leadership Opportunity to grow into senior sales or leadership roles What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to evaluate their exterior needs and provide trusted solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Identify storm-related and wear-related roof damage Perform roof inspections by climbing ladders and safely walking roofs Educate homeowners on roofing systems, repairs, and preventative solutions Present roofing, siding, and window solutions when appropriate Assist homeowners through insurance-related claims when applicable Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up with potential customers Collaborate with senior sales leadership for coaching and deal support Represent Paris Home Exteriors professionally in the field Follow proven company processes while operating independently What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and safely walk roofs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills and self-motivation Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Willingness to work extended hours during peak season Sales experience is helpful but not required for the right motivated candidate .
