Sales & Finance Coordinator / Store Administrator / Business Operations Coordinator (Marine Industry) Full-Time | $25
  • 30/hour Lake Minnetonka (Wayzata), MN Sales Support | Finance Coordinator | Business Operations | Marine Industry | Deal Processing | Customer Experience | Career Growth River Valley is hiring a driven, detail-oriented Marine Sales and Finance Support Specialist who wants to build a career in sales, finance, and business operations within the marine industry.
This is a high-impact role designed for someone who is "boaty," business-minded, and motivated to grow into a six-figure income in the marine industry. This is not just an administrative job. You will gain hands-on experience supporting deal flow, customer interaction, and financial processes , while working alongside a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced dealership environment. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct exposure to boat sales and finance operations Clear growth path into Sales Professional or Finance (F&I) roles Fast-paced, customer-focused environment with high earning potential career paths Work with an established, high-performing marine dealership team Opportunity to make a measurable impact on business operations Key Responsibilities Sales and Finance Support Support the full deal lifecycle from sale to delivery Assist with finance documentation, compliance, and deal structuring Review deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth, efficient transactions Gain exposure to lending, protection products, and closing processes Customer Interaction and Sales Support Greet and assist customers in a professional, sales-focused manner Support the sales team during peak traffic and busy weekends Assist with customer follow-up, lead management, and retention efforts Learn product knowledge and contribute to the overall sales experience Business Operations and Administration Serve as Store Administrator supporting daily operations Manage titles, licensing, and administrative processes tied to revenue Handle incoming customer inquiries with urgency Support multiple departments including Sales, Service, and Parts Marina and Customer Experience Assist with slip rentals, contracts, and renewals Provide excellent service to marina customers and guests Support marina operations and events during peak season Data, Reporting and Process Improvement Track deal flow, inventory, and key operational data Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems Identify inefficiencies and help improve processes and workflows Take initiative on projects that improve business performance What We Are Looking For Business-minded individual with interest in sales, finance, or operations Passion for boating, marine, or outdoor lifestyle Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong communication skills in person, phone, and email Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset Ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment Background or interest in sales, marketing, finance, or business preferred Career Growth Path This role is designed as a stepping stone into: Marine Sales Professional (Boat Sales Consultant) Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager Sales or Business Operations Leadership Compensation and Benefits $25
