Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with clients and prospects to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts will help foster strong relationships, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to our overall success. Duties Engage with inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide timely solutions and product information Develop and nurture customer relationships through proactive account management and personalized communication Utilize Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions, update account details, and manage sales pipelines Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions tailored to client needs Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, analyze customer data, and identify new market opportunities Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding, renewals, and service upgrades Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions for continuous improvement Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and solutions to diverse audiences Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within SaaS or financial services industries Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales processes Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs, market trends, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate client onboarding and ongoing support activities Experience in account management, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is highly desirable Join us in a role where your enthusiasm fuels growth! Pay:
$48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
