What You'll Do:

Contact and communicate with customers using the Dean Team sales process to identify their needs Build lasting relationships and establish a customer referral network Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations, and pricing discussions Handle inbound sales calls and internet leads to drive appointments Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Stay informed by attending sales and product training meetings

What You Need:

2 years of automotive sales experience required Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success Outgoing, customer-focused personality Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, internet, email) Maintain professional business attire and appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
