Job Description

SUMMARY:
A Greentech Renewables Inside Sales Trainee learns to drive solar technology sales through customer support, product knowledge, and business development, rotating through roles like warehouse, customer service, and account management in a structured training program to become a successful Account Manager or leader, focusing on building relationships, providing technical solutions, and meeting sales goals. Key duties include taking orders, explaining features, handling quotes, problem-solving, and continuous learning about new solar/energy storage products in a dynamic office/warehouse setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical, analytical, or quantitative backgrounds encouraged Renewable energy experience preferred, not required Initial rotation may include warehouse operations to build product fluency
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 40 pounds.

Customer Interaction:
Assist current and new customers via phone/internet, build strong relationships, and provide product expertise.
Sales & Order Management:
Write accurate orders, prepare quotes, process orders, explain product features, and manage customer accounts for new sales.
Product & Market Knowledge:
Continuously learn about solar/energy storage products and industry advancements to advise customers effectively.
Operational Support:
Gain experience in warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and inventory management.
Team Collaboration:
Work with outside sales, management, and other departments to achieve sales and company goals.
Training Program Highlights:
Rotational Experience:
Approximately 6-12 months in various departments (warehouse, customer service, operations, etc.).
On-the-Job & Formal Training:
Learn business operations, sales techniques, and management skills.
Career Path:
Designed to develop successful Account Managers or future operational subject matter experts
