We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Door to Door Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for helping customers get their vehicles repaired at no cost to them through insurance-approved claims.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation:

Prospect and identify potential customers by visiting neighborhoods impacted by hailstorms, attending local events, and building relationships in the community.

Customer Outreach:

Approach vehicle owners to explain our services, educate them on insurance claim processes, and schedule repair appointments.

Sales Goals:

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into booked repairs.

Marketing Support:

Distribute flyers, door hangers, and promotional materials to targeted areas.

Reporting:

Track leads, appointments, and sales activity through a software program you will be given access too. Qualifications Prior sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred (auto industry experience a plus but not required). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage strangers in conversation. Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak storm seasons.
