The ideal candidate will present well to the public and enjoy interacting with customers. Has a passion for digital marketing and possess a strong skill set in various digital marketing tools and strategies. Is flexible and able to dynamically adjust to the work environment. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels. Engage with walk-in customers Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis skills, then recommend tailored solutions to meet their business objectives Warm & Cold calling potential customers Support project management efforts by coordinating sales activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates for accurate reporting and analysis Assist in resolving customer issues promptly by providing clear communication and effective problem-solving strategies Create engaging content for online advertisements, social media, and email marketing.
