Position Overview This is a professional B2B inside sales role focused on account management—not retail sales or high-volume call center work. You will manage customer relationships, support quoting and order execution, and communicate heavily via email and phone with utility and contractor clients . Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts Communicate professionally through high-volume email and phone interaction Prepare quotes, sales orders, and contracts Recommend products based on technical training and customer needs Track and organize account activity within internal systems Coordinate with operations and shipping to ensure fulfillment accuracy Follow up on quotes and customer requests in a timely manner Build long-term customer relationships based on reliability and responsiveness Support team workflow through collaboration and cross-training Required Qualifications Strong professional written communication skills (email-heavy role) 1+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B customer support Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-through Ability to manage responsibilities independently with attention to detail Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in distribution, manufacturing, construction, or industrial sales Familiarity with electrical or utility-related products Experience managing quotes, orders, or long-term customer accounts Compensation & Benefits Bonus opportunities + profit sharing 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance
