Today, Koch Air, has fifteen branch locations, 40 delivery vehicles, and more than 350,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest. If so, Koch Air is looking for you to join our St. Louis team as a Residential Inside Sales Team Leader ! What You'll Do As the Residential Inside Sales Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our customer service and sales operations, guiding a talented team to success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership:
Supervise, train, and inspire the residential inside sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
Customer Engagement:
Lead the phone customer service process with professionalism, securing re-orders and cultivating new business opportunities.
Problem-Solving:
Address customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive resolution.
Collaboration:
Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to maintain efficient operations and meet customer needs.
Innovation:
Suggest improvements to our Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to the ongoing success of Koch Air's strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For We need a self-motivated, detail-oriented leader who can seamlessly balance customer satisfaction with operational excellence.
Our ideal candidate has:
Experience & Education:
An associate degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in parts or equipment management, with HVAC industry expertise.
Customer Focus:
A service-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
Leadership Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and training abilities to lead a high-performing team.
Technical Proficiency:
Competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to convert customer information into accurate sales orders.
Problem-Solving Ability:
A positive approach to resolving challenges and enhancing processes.
