Job Description

AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Burke Auto & ATV is seeking a motivated, energetic Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing dealership in Dexter, Missouri. We stock over 60 USED vehicles and are focused on continued growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is competitive, and wants the opportunity to earn a strong income through performance.
Compensation:
Weekly guarantee plus commission $60,000 - $120,000+ earning potential Paid training Advancement opportunities
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone Respond quickly to internet and social media leads Build relationships with customers and identify vehicle needs Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives Present financing and warranty options alongside management Follow up with unsold prospects Maintain customer information in CRM systems Create videos and social media content featuring inventory Ask for referrals and online reviews Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Comfortable using computers, texting, Facebook Messenger, and CRM systems Ability to work Saturdays Sales experience preferred but not required
