Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calling, nurturing relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand customer needs will help you succeed in expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business leads and build relationships. Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer needs and present tailored technology solutions effectively. Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target markets and develop outreach strategies. Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing timely follow-up, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to communicate value propositions confidently during calls. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales with a focus on outbound calling. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or related fields is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and momentum in a fast-paced environment. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development and market expansion.
