Canvassing Sales Representative Midwest Roofing Job Description:

As a Canvassing Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Midwest Roofing in the field. You'll work door-to-door in local neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers to identify roofing needs and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that offers the chance to earn a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission potential.

What You'll Do:

Canvass assigned neighborhoods Tuesday through Saturday, 12 PM - 8 PM (times may vary) Engage with homeowners and business owners to promote Midwest Roofing's services Identify potential leads and set appointments for our sales team Build rapport with community members and represent our brand professionally Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, meeting new people every day

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated individuals with a knack for connecting with people Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and stay driven to hit goals Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods No roofing experience required—training provided! Reliable transportation to get to assigned canvassing areas
